Plan the journey before the details
We discuss what people need to find and the tasks they need to complete. That helps shape the navigation, page sequence and information hierarchy. The goal is to reduce confusion between arriving on a website and making an enquiry or completing a task.
A consistent visual interface
Typography, spacing, colour and reusable controls help an interface feel coherent. Forms, cards, navigation and content sections should work together rather than looking like unrelated screens. Light and dark variants can be discussed where appropriate to the project.
